You may think the United States Laws are made to protect the innocent, Wrong! My injury was covered up by my ex-employer Dillingham Ship Repair, just so the business and their self insurer could save money. Needlessly to say, all laws apply to state and government agencies, insurance companies, and the one that we hire in case of legal issues, "attorneys."State and Government Agencies, Insurance companies, and Self Insurance companies hire attorneys to protect their guilt and their responsibilities. These attorneys (she/he) without delay file "motion to dismiss" this useless motion only ties up our legal system that is already over loaded with frivolous cases, attorneys do not look into matters, or discover information concerning that case. This unethical practice is attorneys' favorite defense.
