You may think attorneys are FAIR, Wrong!
My injury was covered up by Dillingham Ship
Repair, just so the business and their self
insurer could save money. Needlessly to say,
all laws apply to state and government agencies,
insurance companies, and "attorneys."
State and Government Agencies,
Insurance
companies, and Self Insurance
companies hire
attorneys to protect their guilt
and their
responsibilities. These attorneys
(she/he)
without delay file "motion
to dismiss"
this useless motion only ties
up our legal
system that is already over loaded
with frivolous
cases, attorneys do not look
into matters,
or discover information concerning
that case.
This unethical practice is attorneys'
favorite
defense. These attorneys should
face Disbarment
and Disciplinary Actions.
An important term "Ignorance
of the
LAW" . . . Congratulations
attorneys.
To support others that need information
concerning
law and to show how attorneys
take advantage
of you, since most of us do not
know the
law and terms, nor how to apply
these in
a legal situation.
The most important legal issue
is, "FAIRNESS."
